LSAS Platform Docs
Overview
LSAS Platform is a safety-orchestration gateway you run in front of upstream LLM providers, your own APIs, and healthcare connector boundaries. Supported evaluations produce policy decisions, findings, applied controls, and runtime records. Authentication and unsupported requests can be rejected before evaluation.
This implementation follows the public LSAS Platform specification and whitepaper, designed for governed GenAI and API workloads in healthcare, fintech, and other regulated environments.
What you get
- Deterministic validators for PHI/PII (mapped to a HIPAA_PHI domain), PCI, security, and accessibility.
- Policy packs that map findings to decisions (ALLOW, REDACTED, BLOCKED, ESCALATE_HITL).
- FHIR/OAuth connector-boundary governance for healthcare search/read flows with governed release behavior.
- Derived model decision telemetry, with separate access and retention requirements for connector snapshots, cases and reports.
For regulated teams
- A public evaluation sandbox and deployment guidance for qualifying a dedicated customer environment.
- Clear separation between product calls and governance telemetry.
- Application-layer controls around systems of record without replacing those systems.
- Scoped decision records and export integration points for risk and compliance review.
